I've signed up for this round of Rachael's Runagogo. The goal is to walk/run/swim/whatever physical motion you like for 100 miles between April 1 and July 4.

I haven't been great about exercising lately, and now that the weather is getting nice and it's light out later, I've been itching to get out more. I've signed up for my second year of the 60-mile Susan Komen 3-day Walk for Breast Cancer in November, and my team is ready to start walking. I want to keep track of my miles, and Runagogo is the perfect place. I also plan to walk during my lunch hour on some days at work. I'm not sure I'll make 100 miles by July 4, but I'll try!
Gmaps pedometer is how I figure out how far I've walked. It's super cool! So far, I've figured out that walking C to school and back is about a mile. My normal route around work at lunch during which I both walk and jog is about three miles. I have another route I take for variety that's about 2 miles, and another that's 2.5. I'm hoping that the act of logging my miles into the blog and keeping track of my progress will keep me motivated to walk at lunch instead of just eating at my desk while reading knitting blogs. :)

That pedometer program is cool. I don't see why you can't do 100 miles before July. You do all that walking and running already. Now, if it were me, then it would be a challenge, LOL!

Hmmm... I didn't do this the last time around. I figure I do 5-7 miles a day on the bike, and I'm on it 3 days a week. Plus the long hall at work and all...will have to add that up!
